Perceived Incivility and Stress of Final Year Nursing Students

Background: Incivility is disruptive behavior that can cause physiological or psychological distress to those involved and escalate into a potentially dangerous situation such as serious suicidal tendency engage in self-injury if left untreated. be caused by variety of factors, one which stress; however, stress also incivility. Objective: This study aimed examine the relationship between incivility among final-year nursing students. Methods: employed quantitative research method using correlation approach. The used simple random sampling. data were analyzed descriptive statistics Spearman rank test. instruments this INE-R/Incivility Nursing Education-Revision (Cronbach Alpha 0.881-0.876) PSS/Perceived Stress Scale 0.684). recruited 200 students, majority whom female (87.5%). Result: revealed students' perceived levels (Mean 20.93, SD 6.67); frequency 18.01, 5.18); 22.01, 4.01). Additionally, discovered significant relationships (p value 0.010, r 0.283) well their 0.001, 0.269). Conclusion: has been associated with It critical for education foster positive learning environment. provides evidence students who transitioned from blended fully online due Covid-19 pandemic.
